Included in the 12000 will be: a Single cab pickup 2 small trailers Mower, strimmer and all tools needed for maintenance Grinders, drills, etc. Digging tools and a few general tools. Basically all you will need to start landscaping tomorrow. Also included is a client list who are regular, loyal and friendly. The regulars are mostly based in Worthing. The 12000 is based on value of pick up, trailers and tools and 1 years turn over from only the regulars.
